Sup Baby! I just want to greeeet you a super Happy Birthday! Don’t don’t don’t you feel sad and bad today ‘cause I believe we should be happy today? Why? Things may not have gone the way we wanted it, for this day, but I still believe there are a lot of things we should be thankful about! On this day you were born and I wish to thank your mom for bringing such wonder in my life :) Well, that is something to be thankful about on my part! Don’t be sad my dear, there’ll be more birthdays to come and we’ll work to make it a lot greater than what today has to bring!
Last year I thought I was on your doorstep then realizing I was on the wrong house, the cupcakes I brought melted from heat and hassle and the shirt I bought was stupidly larger than expected. This year, today, rather, I don’t have anything to hand…I’m so sorry Baby I was having a hard time thinking what to do and what to give since I can’t be with you on your day. You know I would wish to be there if things are a lot easier, I’m sorry I have to work today and I won’t be able to “surprise” you.

No cupcakes today. No gifts. No letters scribbled in such bad handwriting. No surprises. But I wish to give you something that I hope might stay for more birthdays to come - US. We will stay.
